Analytics to collect standard internet log information and details of visitor behaviour patterns. We
do this to find out things such as the number of visitors to the various parts of the site. Specifically,

the Internet, browser type and version, time zone setting, browser plug-in types and versions,
operating system and platform;
information about your visit, including the full Uniform Resource Locators (URL) clickstream to,

response times, download errors, length of visits to certain pages, page interaction information
(such as scrolling, clicks, and mouse-overs), and methods used to browse away from the page.

This information is processed in a way which does not identify anyone as site visitors IP is
anonymised. Where we do collect personally identifiable information through our site, we will make
it clear what we intend to do with it.

When you complete a ‘contact request’ through www.wellpayumbrella.co.uk
We will store information collected through contact forms for a minimum period of 3 years and we
will not share your information with any other organisations. The data is stored in a secure cloud
environment.

LinkedIn: When you make an enquiry about our services, we may conduct further research into you
and your organisation using LinkedIn. This is to help us understand as much about you and your
organisation as possible, such that we can provide the best possible advice with regards to our goods
and services.

The processing of personal data collected via contact forms is lawfully done on the basis of
legitimate interest. The legitimate interest being direct marketing and the provision of relevant,
requested product and services information from us to you.

Direct Marketing
Under the terms of the General Data Protection Legislation (GDPR), organisations are able to process
personal data for legitimate interests, provided that the interests or fundamental rights and
freedoms of the data subject are taken into consideration. Under the GDPR, direct marketing is
considered a legitimate interest.

Well Pay process personal data for the purposes of direct marketing, predominantly
electronic direct marketing (email). Well Pay subscribe to the following third party
providers for the provision of personal data use for electronic direct marketing;

LinkedIn
Well Pay will process data collected from previous ‘Contact Requests’, store them in our
secure 128 bit cloud based database and communicate periodically with people from these data sources, with news and
updates on products, services and resources we believe could be of interest to them.

If you receive an email from us and you don’t want to, you can opt-out of all Well Pay
electronic direct marketing by selecting the ‘Unsubscribe’ link that is included in all of our
communications. Equally you can request to be removed from our databases by contacting
data@wellpayumbrella.co.uk (see the ‘Your rights’ section of this privacy notice for more detail on
this).

DISCLOSURE OF YOUR INFORMATION
We may share your personal information with any member of our group, which means our
subsidiaries, our ultimate holding company and its subsidiaries, as defined in section 1159 of the UK
Companies Act 2006.

ClearCut Accounting, MASTRAW and ITPay.

Your data is kept on a database that is securely stored within the cloud, unfortunately, the
transmission of information via the internet is not always completely secure. Although we will do
our best to protect your personal data, we cannot guarantee the security of your data transmitted to
